The following is a plain-language summary provided for your convenience. The full Rental Agreement, Liability Release & Safety Policy constitutes the binding agreement between you and KSL Rentals and governs in the event of any inconsistency with the summary below.

• You are responsible for the Equipment from the time of pickup until its return. Loss, theft, or damage to the Equipment is your responsibility, except where caused by the Company.
• You must inspect the Equipment at pickup and report any defect to the Company before use. If no defect is reported, the Equipment is deemed to have been received in good working order.
• The Equipment must not be operated in rain or wet conditions. The Equipment is not waterproof, and any damage resulting from water or moisture exposure is your full financial responsibility.
• The Equipment may not be rented to or operated by any person under 18 years of age. Passengers are not permitted, and the Equipment must not be operated while impaired.
• You acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks of operating a mobility scooter, including falls, collisions, and bodily injury. You release the Company from claims arising from your own use of the Equipment, except those arising from the Company's negligence or misconduct.
• If you decline the Protection Plan at checkout, you accept full financial responsibility for any loss of or damage to the Equipment occurring during the rental period.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
