FAQ
Do I need a driver's license to operate a mobility scooter?
No. Florida law does not require a driver's license to operate a mobility scooter. You must be 18+ with a valid ID.
Are your scooters allowed inside theme parks?
Yes. All Orlando theme parks including Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld permit personal mobility scooters (OPDMDs) under ADA regulations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June–August, holiday weekends). Same-day bookings are available based on fleet availability.
What if the scooter has a problem during my rental?
Call or text us any time. We offer same-day replacements if a scooter has a mechanical issue. Your experience is guaranteed.
Can I extend my rental on the fly?
Absolutely. Just contact us before your rental ends and we'll extend for as long as you need.
